Requirement：1. Maintenance of membrane equipment PECVD/LPCVD in clean room (participating in moving, installing, checking and learning daily maintenance);
2. Compiling operation manual of PECVD/LPCVD equipment in clean room;
3. Maintaining the stability of PECVD/LPCVD equipment in clean room;
4. Contact and exchange of equipment suppliers in PECVD/LPCVD area;
5. Equipment accessories in PECVD/LPCVD area;
6.Coordination with cleanroom engineers and process engineers;
7. Semiconductor Microelectronics or related specialties; Experience in maintenance of SPTS equipment is preferred
8. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing process;
9. Requirement of English skills, team communication skills;
